This statue is an order for a Hotel in Bourg-en-Bresse which bore the name of Hotel Liberty. This big statue was in front of the hotel. In the region, a factory of aero plastic boat manufactured all types of small boats. The owner of the hotel placed an order for this sculpture. It was executed with a mold. The idea was to open a chain, unfortunately according to the information received from the seller only one hotel was opened and in the meantime the factory caught fire and never rebuilt. There is a lighting in the flame.
