Picardie" vase from the Luxval range by the Val-Saint-Lambert crystal glassworks.
This model is green with gold highlights.
A rare and very elegant model. This beautiful art deco line was developed by the crystal works mainly between the wars, to offer the general public decorative pieces of fine quality that were more affordable than crystal pieces. They are made of demi-cristal, i.e. glass containing 12% lead, which explains their transparency and characteristic weight.
