Attributed to the Italian designer Romeo Rega.

Romeo Rega was born in 1904, Italian designer of the 1970s associated with a combination of modernism and glamor in their furniture designs. Rega embodies this style, its brand is said to have been launched on December 31, 1969, producing lighting, chairs, tables and display cases identified by its double “R” logo, ceasing production in 1981. Although known to exist little about his personal or professional life, the legacy of Rega has not been lost, with the arrival of his creations at vintage and collector's auctions. The furniture of Rega is characterized by geometric shapes and reduced shapes. He works mainly with chromed or gilded metal, brass or brass plated, plexiglass, which adds the allure and elegance for which Rega is famous to its modernist pieces with clean lines. Rega would have worked with the designer of the stars Willy Rizzo (1928-2013) and Gabriella Crespi (1922-2017), these three designers espouse a very similar aesthetic.
