Elegant round pedestal table in painted wood resting on a tripod base richly carved with scrolls, pearls and stylized shells, embellished with gold highlights. The central baluster shaft is adorned with gadroons and pearl motifs, in a Baroque and Rococo spirit revisited in the 19th century. Posterior patina. The circular top is in painted wood decorated with faux marble in shades of brown and ochre, a sought-after decorative technique that lends refinement and originality to the ensemble. Good overall condition, with wear and age patina.
