"SHELL N° 1" BOWL, model created on December 8, 1924, in white, molded-pressed and opalescent glass.

The Coquilles service, a famous and widely distributed creation by the Lalique house, consists of five plates and five bowls of various sizes. The use of opalescent glass is particularly judicious for this model, as its texture wonderfully evokes the pearly appearance of certain shells, creating a perfect harmony between the pattern and the material.

Signature:

"R. Lalique, France" and No. 3200 engraved on the bottom of the bowl.

Dimensions:

• Height: 8.50 cm;
• Diameter: 21 cm;
