Samuel Mazy is a French ceramic artist, specializing in the creation of porcelain flowers. His passion for this art stems from his meeting with Didier Gardillou, a renowned master porcelain maker, who introduced him to the discipline.
Initially, Samuel Mazy had planned to take a sabbatical year to train alongside Didier, after a career in real estate. But this immersion in the world of floral porcelain had such a profound effect on him that he decided to extend his apprenticeship well beyond the time he had originally planned.
Trained in Didier Gardillou's workshop, Samuel Mazy has developed his own personal style, inspired by his master. Although Gardillou's originality and virtuosity remain major references in the field of porcelain flowers, Samuel Mazy is now pursuing his own path.
