Jean-Pierre was born in Valenciennes in 1939 and lives in Brussels. He started out as an advertising designer, but became a self-taught painter. Jean-Pierre immerses the viewer in an atmosphere of poetry and serenity. With his consummate art of composition, he transports us through time and space. His works can be found in numerous collections, as well as in a number of illustrated works on Naà¯ve Art.
