Marcel Delmotte born in 1901 in Charleroi (Belgium) and died November 8, 1984 in Mont-sur-Marchienne (Belgium) is a Belgian painter.

He is a pupil of the painter Léon Van den Houten at the free workshop of the University of Labor in Charleroi.
A realist painter in his early days, he was influenced by expressionism and evolved towards an aesthetic of surrealist spirit with large compositions, lunar landscapes and futuristic architecture. His imagination is inspired by mythology, the Bible and the Divine Comedy. (Wikipedia)
