Folded fan, double paper sheet, engraved with a trompe-l'œil jumble of assignats, evoking the assignat fans produced during the French Revolution. On the right, "Herold et Cie imprimeur" and "E. Fauco (?)" for the fan maker Faucon. Dull reverse. Partially erased stamp on reverse " (...) Paris".
