His background:
She studied jewelry and goldsmithing from 1980 to 1985 at the Ecole Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg, now called HEAR (Haute École des Arts du Rhin). In 1983, she obtained a Companion Jeweler-Jeweler certificate (issued by the Chamber of Trades of Alsace) and at the end of her studies in 1985, a DNSEP (National Higher Diploma of Plastic Expression) in jewelry/goldsmithing. Also passionate about travel and sub-Saharan Africa, she spent long periods working in local workshops to learn traditional goldsmithing techniques. Works in private collections in France, Switzerland, USA, Japan, United Kingdom, Belgium, Spain, Italy…
