H.Petitot & Muller frères
A wonderful French 1930 art deco flush mount in nickel plated bronze. The nice richly decorated mount holds four shades by the famous Muller glass company. All four are signed Muller frères Luneville. The 'plafonnier' was designed and produced by the well known Paris based company of Henri Petitot (10 rue du Vert-Bois). His father Antonin Petitot founded the firm in 1878. Henri took over after the first worldwar. A version of this flush mount with Muller globes can be found in the 1931 Petitot product catalog. The catalog is no part of this sale.
The flush mount has a height of 35 cm (13,8 inches) and a diameter of about 44 cm (17,3). It is in very good condition. I renickeled and patinated the mount. It is rewired with four E14 socket so you can use our modern light bulbs for it. I will add four good quality LED bulbs. For the USA Canada or Japan I will place American candelabra base sockets.
The lamp will be shipped by priority mail. Safely packed and fully insured. Free shipping offered for Belgium France Holland or Germany. A pick up in Rotterdam is possible as well.
