Belgian landscape painter Olivier De Nato, born in 1965, began painting at the age of 15. Encouraged by several friends, he participated in his first group exhibition in 1985. Following the success of this exhibition, he devoted himself to painting for several hours a day. From then on, he participated in as many group exhibitions as possible, thus launching his artistic career. His career truly began in 1992, the year painting became his primary occupation. In 1990, he held his first solo exhibition in a gallery in Sweden. Starting in 1991, he participated in several international competitions, winning numerous medals and first prizes, including the Grand Prix International de Wallonie. In 1992, he was launched by Christianne Cloots, an art agent and gallery owner in Brussels, on Avenue Louise. He is listed in the Akoun, Meyer, Adec, and Benezit (price guide). From 1992 to the present day, his paintings have been exhibited both in Belgium and abroad.
