A late painter, he was trained in charcoal techniques at the Academy of Liège and in painting at the Institute of Fine Arts in Namur. He mainly painted views of cities (Namur), Ardennes landscapes, views of the Meuse, gardens, orchards, café terraces and portraits. Impressionist touch. Bright palette. His works are full of sun, atmosphere, tranquillity and optimism. It exploded in the Namur galleries Defurnaux in 1990 and Centre Rops in 1991,92,93,95,97 and 1998 and also at the Salon des Ateliers d'art in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre in 1994 and Le Bercail gallery in Izel in 1997.
