Belgian painter born in Huy in 1914. He simultaneously studied medicine and trained in painting at the Academy of Liège. Founder of the circle Art et Médecine in Brussels in 1946. He was influenced from the beginning by Isidore Opsomer in his portraits, and by the Impressionists in his landscapes. Member of the artistic circle of Gosselies. It is included in the works Two centuries of signatures of Belgian Artists and The dictionary of plastic artists of Belgium from the 19th and 20th centuries by Paul PIRON.
