It was during the Triennales in Namur in 1907, where these works were highly noticed, that he was admitted to participate in that of Brussels in 1908. In 1921, he went to Germany and more precisely to the Rhine Valley in Montjoie, Monschau, Oberlahnstein, Siebengebirge, Trier, Oberwesel, Drachenfels, Over-Wesel, ruin of Stahleck and Cologne From April 26 to June 15, 1925, he crossed France, stopping off in Paris and Marseille. Thanks to the boat, the General Chansy, he arrived in Algiers (Algeria). He went to Bou-Saâda, the wadi where Etienne Dinet lived, as well as to Blida.
