A Belgian landscape painter born in 1965, Olivier De Nato began painting at the age of 15. Encouraged by several friends, he took part in his first group exhibition in 1985. Following the success of this exhibition, he attached particular importance to painting, devoting several hours a day to it. From then on, he took part in as many group exhibitions as possible, thus launching his artistic career. His career really took off in 1992, when painting became his main activity. In 1990, he held his first solo exhibition in a gallery in Sweden. From 1991 onwards, he took part in several international competitions, winning numerous medals and first prizes, including the Grand Prix International de Wallonie. In 1992, he was launched by Madame Christianne Cloots, an art agent and gallery owner on Avenue Louise in Brussels. It is listed in Akoun, Meyer, Adec and Benezit (quotation book). Since 1992, his work has been exhibited in Belgium and abroad.
