Belgian painter born in Huy in 1914. He simultaneously studied medicine and trained in painting at the Academy of Liège. Founder of the “Art et Médecine” circle in Brussels in 1946. He was influenced from the start by Isidore Opsomer in his portraits, and by the Impressionists in his landscapes. Member of the Gosselies artistic circle. It is included in the works “Two centuries of signatures of Belgian Artists” and “The dictionary of Belgian visual artists of the 19th and 20th centuries” by Paul PIRON.
