OTTEN-ROSIER, Berthe (Vaux-sous-Chèvremont, 1885 .Grivegnée, 1973)
Painter. Trained at the Académie de Liège with A. De Witte (1900-1907). Painted landscapes, city views, genre scenes, compositions, still lifes, flowers, portraits, especially children's studies. Member of the Cerce Artistique Royal de Liège. Temporarily puts his palette away from 1910 to 1925. Participated in the "Salon du Centenaire" of the "Société Royale des Beaux-Arts" in Liège in 1933, and in the "Salons du Cercle Royal des Beaux-Arts de Liège" from 1906 to 1950. Work in the Musée de l'Art Wallon, Liège. Mentioned in "Deux Siècles de Signatures d'Artistes de Belgique". Bibliography: Dictionnaire des artistes plasticiens de Belgique des 19e et 20e siècles.
