Painter, sculptor. Trained at the Académie de Namur with
D. Merny and at the Brussels Academy with Richir, Van Strydonck and Delville for painting, Dubois and Rousseau for sculpture (1919-1927). Moved to Woluwé-Saint-Lambert in
1930. As a painter, she mainly painted landscapes, city views, portraits, flowers, domestic pictures and church interiors. In sculpture, she created nudes, figures, depictions of children and portraits. In the press about her sculpture: “P.B. represents beauty via the human body and charges gesture, position or natural expression with nobility.“ On his death, some thirty paintings and three sculptures were donated to the city of Namur. Mentioned in BAS Il and in “Deux Siècles de Signatures d'Artistes de Belgique“.
