MULLER FRERES
A very rare French 1930 art deco pendant light in nickel plated solid brass or bronze holding a large Muller bowl. The thick shade out of moulded-pressed frosted glass is signed Muller freres Luneville. A nice and very rare model by this famous French glass manufacturer. It has a height of 25 cm and is 36 cm wide (14-3/16). One of the largest model bowls Muller produced. The shape of the shade makes a nice match with the canopy (ceiling cap). The chandelier has a total drop of about 61 cm (around 24). It's in very good condition. Some tiny chips and irregularities of moulding around the rim and of coarse like almost all very thick moulded shades the glass shows internal hairlines of the cooling down process. I have renickeled the mounting. And it comes newly wired. The chandelier holds a E27 socket. So you can use our normal light bulbs for it. I will add a good quality LED bulb to the parcel. For the USA or Japan I will place an american standard socket.
