Two small, light, refined middle pieces of furniture, with the same veneer, the same shape, the same dimensions and differing in their front: one consisting of 3 drawers, the other of a drawer and below a storage space opening with two doors.
They are perfect in a living room as side tables, in a bedroom as bedside tables, in a hall supporting a pocket or a lamp.
Marquetry of exotic wood and mahogany. Dark wood inlay on the top, front, and sides. The back features a uniform veneer. They are designed to be visible from both sides.
Rectangular overall shape with a slightly curved front face, fretted edges and curved legs. Fretted gallery around the upper plate, bronze in front of the front legs.
Period: 20th century.
Height: 75 cm, width: 31.5 cm x length: 38.5 cm.
Excellent condition. Possible repainting of the upper edge of the gallery of one of them.
