Rokumai Do Gusoku armour. Kabuto sujibachi with 62 slats signed by Saotome Ienari. Superb menpo in natural iron, Myochin workshop, the presence of rings instead of the usual hooks is a rather unusual detail. Wakidate in the shape of lacquered horns. Ato mune rokumai do: roku 6 plates 5 hinges. Atomune: edge on the front, natural iron breastplate with large visible rivets. This do is mounted with 7 rows of kuzasuri. Sangu en suite with kikus (chrysanthemum) motif on the shoulders and haidate (skirt). Blue hemp leiji marked with the family mon.
Remarkable natural iron sangu. All in the mid-18th century, with an older helmet dating from the late 17th or early 18th century. It is presented here with an Edo maedate oni, with this oni included, the armour is €35,000. You could add a single circle maedate and the armour would then cost 32000€.
