Michel CIPARISSE, painting watercolour on paper, ca 1980
300,00 €
Painter, draughtsman, poster designer, sculptor. Trained at the Académie de Namur with L. Perot, perfected his skills at the Ecole Supérieure de Publicité in Brussels. His inspiration is the seductive woman. He works in both abstract and figurative forms, and most of the time his works have an erotic connotation. He also creates assemblages in polyester, which evoke the woman as object or symbol.
In the press: "He refuses to work in an easy surrealism.
He tends rather towards symbolism, where each form presents or represents a well-defined meaning."
